Creating Your First Ticket

Welcome to SupportHub! This guide will help you submit your first support ticket.

Step 1: Login to Your Account

Navigate to the login page and enter your credentials.

Step 2: Click Create Ticket

Find the "Create Ticket" button on your dashboard.

Step 3: Fill in Details

Provide a clear subject, detailed description, and select the appropriate department and priority.

Step 4: Submit

Review your information and click Submit. You will receive a ticket ID for tracking.
